I am the owner of one of the oldest houses on a beautiful tree lined street in Westhampton Beach.  Though the house was in a tired state, the location required that I seek out a contractor that would allow period authenticity to be punctuated with architectural charm. These elements were necessary for bringing this tarnished jewel back to life.  JGJ Contracting, through personal attention and expert recommendations, allowed me to complete a masterful and seamless renovation.
  From energy efficiency to architectural detail JGJ Contracting presented choices and guidance while always reserving the final decision for me.  During a construction period spanning six months not a single workday went by without Jay Jinks personally visiting the site to check on progress and ensure job site continuity.  This allowed one phase to move smoothly into another and also enabled me to meet with the owner himself on any workday to ask questions or in some cases make changes.  The subcontractors that work with JGJ Contracting are on board with Jay Jinks’ “work efficiency” and “work sight cleanliness” approach to the project. 
On a daily basis I am reminded how lucky I am to have picked the right guy for the job.  From custom doors and door jams built on site to the meticulous finishing details throughout the home, the skillful crews that handled my project treated it as if it were their most important job.  Inside, attention to detail has maintained the integrity of the house, while the exterior has invited compliments from members of the architectural review board and village residents alike.  I extend sincere thanks to Jay Jinks and his entire crew for a job well done.
